At Clearview Windows and Doors, our people are the heartbeat of everything we do. Behind every smooth delivery and on-time project is a team member working hard to make it happen—and today, we’re proud to spotlight one of the best: Crystal Walker, our outstanding Delivery Coordinator.

Crystal joined the Clearview team in October of 2021 and quickly became an essential part of our operation. With her attention to detail, calm demeanor under pressure, and can-do attitude, she keeps things moving around here. Whether it’s coordinating delivery logistics or making sure a project stays on schedule, Crystal is the kind of teammate you want in your corner.

Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, Crystal had a lively upbringing surrounded by family, friends, and plenty of activities. Growing up with her older siblings, she learned early on the value of community, resilience, and always having something fun to look forward to—whether it was a karaoke night, swimming with friends, or diving into a video game.

These days, when she’s not keeping things humming at Clearview, Crystal is enjoying the beauty of Colorado with her boyfriend.  Together, they love exploring new restaurants, attending comedy shows, spending time in nature, and relaxing in their backyard. Crystal is also discovering the joys (and challenges!) of gardening, and still finds time for her lifelong love of video games and live music.

What makes Crystal stand out? She brings a refreshing energy to the fenestration industry—especially as a woman thriving in a space traditionally dominated by men. Her curiosity, adaptability, and love for learning make her a natural fit, and she values being part of a diverse, collaborative environment where everyone’s voice matters.

When asked what she enjoys most about Clearview, Crystal didn’t hesitate: “The team at Clearview truly feels like a family.” She’s says being surrounded by like-minded, respectful teammates helps transform even the busiest days into something enjoyable. “We all push to make work more fun,” she says—and if you’ve met Crystal, you know that’s not just talk.
